Your church
website has two main purposes: To attract new
people and to communicate with those already connected
to you. Our tested structure will efficiently and
effectively help you accomplish that. Your website will show visitors that you have a
standard of professionalism and that you have a lot to
offer, no matter how small your church is!
Through the
years, we have found a perfect balance of local and
distance maintenance to make this package affordable for
any size church. Please take time to read over
this page to see why this is the right choice. |

|
| For
just a little more than a monthly cell phone bill, you
can have a tool serving you 24 hours per day! A recent
poll showed that over 80% (and growing) of adults use
the internet regularly. Adults with school aged children
are almost 100%. The over 65 crowd is almost
80%. The 45-65 year olds are the fastest growing
group now. Our service will help you keep ahead of what
people expect and allow you to minister all week
long.
Hosting, domain, programs, setup, consultation, updating, and maintenance
(everything) is included for $77 per month. No setup or
design fee! If you were to purchase the hosting and essentials for an empty site yourself, then pay someone minimum wage for two hours per week to be
your web master,
you would pay more than our cost, but wouldn't have all the effective features we offer.

| Home
Page: Choose whether your home page has an audio
intro feature. Four pictures rotate. These
same four pictures also rotate on the banner of other
pages. Usually one is of the pastor and one of your
building. A brief welcome paragraph, a Sunday
service times paragraph, a new to town paragraph, and an
online sermon reminder paragraph are on the home
page. A temperature and time graphic is also
shown. The next six events are automatically pulled off
your calendar page and displayed on the home page so it
looks like your site is updated daily. The main
menu buttons on the left side are ordered appropriately
for someone considering a visit to your church.
About Us, then Service Times, then How to Find Us,
etc. |
Our
pages are designed for newer wide screen monitors.
Square monitors are no longer sold, so your site will be
structured for the years to come.
We
provide a checklist of information to gather for us as
you have time. Once your site is setup, your staff
will be responsible for managing the calendar, photo
gallery, and sermon updates. All other updates are
handled by us via email or telephone. Just tell us what
to do! |
| New
to Town Page: One of the best opportunities
for church growth is to connect with people before they
move to your community. By providing a page
of helpful relocation links that are accurate, people
may find you before they even get to town. When
people relocate, not only are some looking for a new
church, but some are looking at their move as a fresh
start and may be more open to visiting a church.
We are able to put most of this page together, but we
will need to setup a phone appointment with someone in
your congregation that can help us with some of the
local details. |
 |
| Bible
Tools Page: This is a page of great links and tools for Bible
Study. This page helps increase visitor traffic to
build your position in search engines. Visitors
may also keep up with other information about your
church while they are on your site. This page also
has a sub page with great computer helps to encourage
bookmarking this page. We also have a
semi-hidden link on this page that will take you to a
page with good leadership/pastor resources such as
children, youth, and sermon helps. Your own
favorite links can be added or the listings can be
customized to represent your theological
preference. |
 |
| Sermons
Page/System: You do not have to use this, but
it is ready to go if you do. We provide a local
setup guide to help you to be able to record your
sermons digitally if you are not already. The
sermons system is a separate, included hosting account
that has a built-in embedded player (unlike many church
sites that just provide a link to a mp3 file hoping the
visitor has a program/plugin installed that will play
it). Visitors can listen to the current or
past sermons directly on your site or they can download
the file to their mp3 player or they can subscribe to
the podcast to have the sermon automatically
downloaded. Your podcast system can be added to
iTunes so people can find it from there. This is
one of the features of your website that is updated on
your end. You, your music person, or sound booth
person can login on the Sermons page and upload the
sermon file. The system even allows notes, study
guides, or outlines to be displayed right next to the
play button. |
 |
| Calendar
Page/System: Your calendar page has a login
link that allows you or your secretary to login, click
on a day, add an event, and update the page. It takes
about ten minutes to learn how to manage this system.
This system is great because it allows non-logged in
people (such as department leaders) to click on a day
and add an event. Events that are submitted by
non-logged in people are not visible to the
public. The calendar administrator can
periodically login (1-2 times per week) and approve or
delete non-logged in submissions. It is a great
way to save the secretary a lot of time because people
do not have to visit or phone the office to add
events. The secretary can use the calendar page as
the central reference of all activities to be able to
refer to when putting together the weekly
bulletin. The next six upcoming events are
automatically copied from this system and placed on the
Home Page. |
 |
| Photo
Gallery Page/System: This is similar in
structure to the calendar. A designated person has
an administrator login to upload pictures to albums on
the Photo Gallery Page. You can have multiple
albums to represent areas of your church. In this day of
digital cameras, it makes sense to provide a way for the
many people in your church to help you collect
photos. There is a generic login (different than
the administrator's) that will allow people to upload
photos to a Submitted Album that visitors cannot
see. Periodically (once per week), the
administrator can login and move submitted photos from
the hidden Submitted Album to public albums. A
Photo Gallery helps increase visits to your website
where they may look at other pages while they are
there. We take pictures from your gallery system
to add to enhance other pages. |
 |
| Department
Pages: Each department page that you need will
list activities and other information along with a
rotating photo graphic. Most churches will use
some or all of the following department pages: Children, Junior High, High School
(or combine Jr. and Sr. High into Youth), Young Adult, Men, Women, Seniors,
Missions, Music.
We include a Zone section on each page that has great
links to other resources that are appropriate for the
type of page. The Zone section works as both a
filler and increases returning visitors. There are
some customized fun features in the Zone area: puzzle
program with your church pics, games with pastor pic/name
built in. If you have a large
department or have an emphasis on a particular
department, we can add sub-pages to handle all the
necessary information. |
 |
| News
Page: Only a short monthly or weekly message
from the pastor will make this page look full, although
you can use longer messages. If you produce a
newsletter, we can also make it available as a pdf link from
the top of this page. It has several news feeds
that are updated daily to attract regular visits. |
 |
| Email
System: Each website can have as many email
accounts as needed. They can be setup to use with
Outlook (or any pop program) or they can be used as
webmail where users login from the website.
Webmail accounts are limited to 10mb of storage except
the main office account which is 25mb. Outlook (or
pop users) basically have unlimited storage since
messages are kept on their hard drive. We provide
a transition guide and consultation to move your current
email system if needed. Larger storage for webmail
accounts is available for an added cost. |
 |
| About
Us Page: This page is essentially
four pages: About Us Welcome, About Us Leadership (staff
pics/bios), About Us What We Believe, About Us
Denomination. You can use our generic welcome or
one of your own. The Leadership page can be a
pastor pic and bio or you can include all of your
leaders. Some will just start out with leader
photos and title or department. The What We
Believe Page is essentially a Statement of Faith.
We have found through experience, it is beneficial to
use terms directed at the un-churched. The Denomination
Page usually includes information about any associations
you are connected to. Links to the regional and
national sites are often included to build reciprocal
links to help in search engines. |
 |
| Service
Times Page: This page is a simple
list of weekly events and times that can be quickly
read. Larger buildings may also want to include
room location. |
 |
| How
to Find Us Page: This page usually
includes driving directions from 2-3 major directions at
the top of the page. Then a satellite map,
town/city map, then a county/nearby towns map, then a
state map all with your church location marked. We
can include a link for visitors to enter their starting
point for customized directions (at your
request). |
 |
| Contact
Us Page: This page has your address, shipping
address, phone, and fax information listed. The
main feature is a form that visitors can type a message
and is sent to your main email account. It is a
normal spam prevention practice to avoid listing email
addresses on a website. This form allows people to
send you a message without email-collecting robots
harvesting addresses listed on your site. At your
request, we can convert email addresses to pictures to
avoid robots if you would like people to know your
address(es). |
 |
| Gospel
Message Links: We can place a
direct link on your Home page to one of your
sermons that would be a good message for a potential
church visitor or non-Christian. Otherwise you can
choose a web video feature from numbers 2 or 3. Number 2 is
a link to a page with a video of the month which is
thought provoking, encouraging, or funny. A similar
movie of the month feature is placed on the Youth and
Young Adults pages with an emphasis directed toward
young people. Number 3 is a more thorough presentation
of the Gospel. |

Contributions: At your request, we can
create a page where visitors can securely send you money
via ATM/credit card using PayPal. As soon as money
is sent, you will receive an email notification
instantly. You can transfer the money to a
designated bank account or leave it with PayPal to
collect interest. All credit card systems requires the
receiver to pay a bank processing charge which is
deducted from the contribution. It is usually 2.9% or
less plus a 30 cent transaction fee. (i.e. $100
transaction would actually give you $96.80) Note:
Most churches rarely receive much money via this method
unless you have a unique situation or
purpose. |
