Most churches will have a combined time commitment of
approximately 60 minutes per week to handle local responsibilities
for the website if you take advantage of all our features (35
minutes for secretary, 10 minutes for pastor, and 15 minutes for
sound person). Note:
All new accounts will receive a mini-manual to keep by your computer
until you have mastered the easy to remember procedures. You will also have access to
our training section for further orientation, suggestions, and
sermon recording setup. The small workload below is normally
delegated between the pastor, secretary/pastor's wife, and a sound
booth/music person. The sound booth person will normally take
care of the sermon uploads. The items in red are often best if
taken care of by the pastor.
Weekly:
- Calendar System- (15 minutes) Add/update
all church activities. It is often easier to add
or change an activity immediately as the information is
known. It takes less than 60 seconds to add or
change an event. It is also good to have a once per week
designated time to login to the calendar to check to see
if any of your church leaders have submitted an event.
- Photo Gallery- (10 minutes) Login once
per week to see if anyone submitted any photos. If
they have, move the photo(s) to a public album.
- Upload Sermon- (15 minutes) Login on
Sunday or Monday and upload the sermon mp3 and enter a
title (and optional description/notes/outline).

Monthly:
- Short Monthly Pastor Message for
the top of the News page. You may even want to
make this a weekly routine. Type or paste your
message in an email and send to us. If you already
produce a monthly newsletter, email it to us as a file
attachment.
- Quality Review- (15 minutes) Look over the
entire site, especially the service times and department
pages to make sure times/activities haven't changed.
Email us with anything you would like changed. Let us
know if you have had some photo gallery activity so we can
change photos on the department pages.
- Check the Contact Us- (2 minutes) If you do not
receive regular messages from the site, send a message
from the Contact Us page to yourself to make sure everything is
working.

Seasonally:
- Evangelistic Link-
(10 minutes) Check the sermon link or multimedia link
(usually on your Home Page) to
make sure it is still your best choice. Email us
if you want it changed.
- Summer Schedule- (10 minutes) Often departments
change times or stop activities during the summer and
then restart them in the fall. Email us when they
change.

Annually:
- New2Town Page- (30 minutes) Look over all the
links to see if any of the services have changed.
Use the Let Us Know link or just email us to make changes.
- Leadership Page- (10
minutes) Review this page under About Us to make sure it
is current. Ask the staff or leader to provide an
up-to-date bio and/or photo file. Email us when they
change.

As Needed Or As Often As You Want:
- Let us know if you ever have a special event that you
want to temporarily promote on the Home page.
- Email us to setup a new email account. Just tell
us the desired username.
- Implement a signup form where users' information will
be sent to your office email.
- Upload photos to the Photo Gallery, especially if you
are not promoting photo submissions.
- Take advantage of new features as they become
available.
